👕 商品状态要求 / Item Condition Requirements

所有退回商品必须保持全新状态，包括未穿着、未清洗、吊牌与包装完整、无污渍、无异味及配件齐全。

All returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact, and free from stains, odours, or any damage, including all accessories.

❌ 不可退换情况 / Non-returnable Items

以下情况恕不接受退换：已使用或清洗之商品、吊牌已拆除或包装不完整之商品、特价或清仓商品（如有注明不可退换）、以及贴身衣物等特殊商品。

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: used or washed items, items with removed tags or incomplete packaging, sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable), and intimate or special-category items.

🚚 运费与费用 / Shipping & Fees

因个人原因（如尺寸不合、颜色不喜欢等）产生的退货，相关运费需由顾客自行承担，原始运费亦不予退还，同时部分订单可能会收取20%–50%处理费用。

For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect sizing or change of preference), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking or handling fee of 20%–50% may apply to certain orders.

💰 退款说明 / Refund Policy

退款将在商品检查确认符合条件后，按原支付方式退回，处理时间依支付平台而定。

Refunds will be processed only after the returned items are inspected and approved, and will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

所有退换货必须先联系客服并获得批准后方可寄回，未经授权寄回的商品可能无法受理，本店保留最终解释权。

All returns must be pre-approved by customer service before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. VVMOOD reserves the right of final decision.
